As the Family Services lead since since October 2018, Kim is the welcoming face of Friendship Center’s Family Services Department. She’s dedicated to connecting with new families by conducting interviews, arranging personal tours, and guiding trial visits—all while making sure the paperwork is seamless. Kim is passionate about ensuring that qualified families can join Friendship Center, regardless of financial situation, thanks to available scholarships and resources.

A lifelong learner, Kim completes specialized education and training quarterly and has proudly been a Certified Best Friends Master Trainer since 2021, keeping her skills sharp and current.
