Bereavement Support Group: held virtually by the Alzheimer’s Association
Held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 7pm – 8pm via Zoom
Grieving for a loved one with dementia often begins long before the person passes away. It’s a unique mourning process that not everyone has experienced or understands. Many people have complex feelings of guilt, relief, shock, numbness, anger or resentment. All of these feelings are normal and can be discussed with other members of your community who are facing similar challenges in the safe space created in an Alzheimer’s Association support group.
